History

Rushforth's as originally established in 1972 by David Rushforth (an Accountant) and Eric Thomlinson (an Engineer) and grew steadily surviving difficult times by providing a reliable quality sub-contract engineering service. In 1978 Eric took over sole ownership as David withdrew to concentrate on his Accountancy business.

Since the start of the business forty years ago, this business has seen significant changes within the engineering trade, however through developing excellent customer care values and a dedication to excellence we has been able to remain competitive.

Customer retention is something that we are very proud of and we are delighted to be able to say that 50% of our existing Customer base are original clients from the early days of the business.
