Treatments
We are able to cater for and manage most post manufactured treatments of your components to
make your life as easy as possible, the cost of which will be included
in our quotation so you
receive the finished component according to your drawing specification.
Typical requirements are:
- Anodise (sulphuric and chromic, including colour and dichromate)
- Hard anodise
- Various plating (tin, zinc, nickel etc.)
- Chemical Blacking (hot and cold method)
- Painting
- Bead Blasting
- Engraving
- Heat treatment
- Cylindrical and surface Grinding
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Certificates of Conformity can be provided for these treatments as required.
Other treatments will
be catered for as requested.
Decorative anodising, to the highest standard (as shown) in several colours can be arranged for your finished components.
Hard anodising (as shown) can also be catered for, to protect the component and increase its life span, where necessary.
